Shipments and Returns

Your shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation and drop-off without signature. You should receive your package in 4 to 14 days. If you prefer delivery by UPS, please contact us for shipping fee quote.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. The shipping fee per book, up to 4 books, is $4.99 per book.  The shipping fee for all additional books is $2.99 per book . We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.  Packaging is amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Return/Exchange Policy

Prior authorization must be obtained for exchanges and returns and items must be received in our office within 45 days after purchase and must be in the same condition as when received. (252 244 0728)  A full refund will be issued based on the purchase price.  Shipping fees will be only refunded if your return was a result of Used Textbooks Online error.

•  Computer software may be returned or exchange if un-opened or defective.  Audio cassettes, and videos may be returned or exchanged only if the product is defective.

•  Non refundable items include special ordered items, orders given special discounts beyond our normal discounts, clearance, close-out and liquidation items.
